(Input) were incubated with D -Tyr-Trp-Gly linked to Affi-Gel 10 (Gly) or with
control Affi-Gel 10 (Con) beads for 1 h at 4 °C. The beads were pelleted, and the
supernatant was recovered (Supernatants); after washing, protein bound to the
beads was eluted by boiling into SDS sample buffer (Pellets). Equal aliquots of
each fraction were subjected to immunoblot analysis using Ab246. Repeated
analysis indicated that recovery of the DProPHM-H244A was not different from the
other samples.
